Geneva, 8 October 2015 – Accredited journalists attending ITU Telecom World 2015 (Budapest, 12-15 October) are invited to attend the Opening Press Conference, which will be held at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade at 15:30 on Sunday 11 October 2015. Speakers include ITU Secretary-General Houlin Zhao, Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Péter Szijjártó, and Minister for National Development, Miklós Seszták, who will be joined by Gordon Graylish, VP Sales and Marketing, Intel Corporation and Mark Li, General Manager, Hakko Opto. The press conference will also give media a sneak preview of the exciting programme of events taking place at HUNGEXPO during the week to come. Organized by ITU, the United Nations specialized agency for ICTs, ITU Telecom World 2015 is hosted by the Government of Hungary. It will bring together an influential audience spanning key policy makers, regulators, industry experts, investors, SMEs, entrepreneurs and innovators.
