Interview with Roxanne McElvane, Chair of ITU-D Study Group 1
In this interview, Ms Roxanne McElvane, Chair of ITU-D Study Group 1, says that, in the current study cycle (2014-2017), ITU-D Study Group 1 will build on the results achieved during the previous cycle and harmoniously work towards a rich and accurate view of the future we want for the ICT sector.
Ms McElvane is a Senior Counselor at the US Federal Communications Commission.
